David Herring is the Communications Director at the Climate Program Office of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), U.S. Department of Commerce. He holds a Masters Degree in Science and Technical Communications from East Carolina University, in Greenville, NC,
Univ.- Prof. Dr. Helga Kromp-Kolb is the Director of the Institute for Meteorology and the Centre for Global Change and Sustainability at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna, and she is a Board Member of the Austrian Chapter of the Club of Rome.
Univ.- Prof. DDr. Arno Scharl, Head of the Department of New Media Technology at MODUL University Vienna and coordinator of the Triple-C Project
The talks and discussion will focus on climate change communication and the power of interactive tools, such as those developed by Triple-C, to support environmental collaboration and climate science communication.
