THE  END OF AUGUST DAYS THIS YEAR –  AUGUST 28-31, 2012 – WILL BE REMEMBERED BY THE TWIN EVENTS OF THE REPUBLICAN PRESIDENTIAL NOMINATIONS IN TAMPA, FLORIDA, and THE RETURN OF KATRINA and the GHOST OF GW UNDER THE COVER OF  ISAAC. NO JOKESTER COULD HAVE INVENTED BETTER TIMING.

KATRINA HAD MADE LANDFALLLS AUGUST 28  and 29, 2005. THIS WAS NOT A US PRESIDENTIAL YEAR BUT JUST a little short of FOUR YEARS AFTER 9/11. of 2001. NOW THE US HAS ITS SEVEN YEARS ITCH IN GOVERNMENT. WHAT WILL THE NEW WHIRLWINDS BRING THE US AND THE WORLD?
