SustainabiliTank: Denied the reins of the office of UN Secretary General by the Bush Administration Dr. Shashi Tharoor went back to his roots in the Kerala village of his grandmother and to Delhi, and who knows, maybe some day will come back to the New York Building on First Avenue. Who knows, it looks like next UNSG will still be from Asia – in a similar way as when Africa had one failed term of Butros Butros-Ghali followed by the two more successful terms of Kofi Annan.
