The World Food Organization is looking now into the increase of food availability by looking for protein in the insect world. There are already about 1500 species of insects eaten by people around the globe. We tried ourselves a few treats in the famous culinary Canton (Guangjou) region of China - spiders, grubs, and some bugs.
