Coincidentally with the start of the Vienna meeting that must deal with what to do about the missing international policy on global warming, we received an e-mail from Shmuel Ovadia, the Managing Director of SDE Energy Ltd., who tells me that he is capable now to produce electricity at 0.02 $US/KWH.

SDE Ltd. PROPOSES TO BUILD POWER PLANTS AT THEIR EXPENSE AND THE PURCHASER PAYS ONLY FOR THE ELECTRICITY, ACCORDING TO A PRICE AGREED TO BY THE PARTIES INVOLVED. We wonder why the world does not line up at the SDE Ltd. door.
