DNV is currently performing a determination of two proposed Joint Implementation (JI) projects between Romania and Denmark: the “Boiler efficiency improvement at Holboca CET Iasi II” and the “Energy efficiency improvement of the district heating system in Drobeta Turnu-Severin” projects.

We herewith invite comments from Parties, stakeholders and observers in accordance with the JI modalities and procedures. Comments may be provided during a period of 30 days from 1 August 2006 to 30 August 2006 on the DNV Climate Change web page http://www.dnv.com/certification/climate…
