A Joint Implementation program under the Kyoto Protocol, the Nordic
Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) was established by the five
Scandinavian
Countries and Germany for future cooperation with Poland, Russia and
the three
Baltic States.

Information on an initial regional Testing Ground Facility (TGF) can be
obtained at www.nefco.org.
