The U.K. launched a campaign to tackle the global climate change crisis
through sharing information between 100 cities in 60 countries from
Argentina to Vietnam, including some in the US, China, Russia -
countries
that pose special problems in relation to the Kyoto Protocol to the UN
Framework Convention on Climate Change.

The “ZCC” campaign is based on cities that are biggest consumers of
electricity and main generators of greenhouse gases.
